Please complete the conference registration form located on the LSI website (www.lsi.org) or on this website.  After completing the registration form, fill in the dollar amount being paid to complete your PayPal transaction.  Please remember to print a receipt for your payment and send it along with the registration form to the Conference Registration Chairman whose contact information is on the registration form.  (NOTE: Disregard the reference to "Donation" as this is the only way we could set up PayPal to allow you to put in the total amount.)

This is so that we make sure we have your current contact information etc. In addition  to your renewal form, please provide us with a copy of the One Legal offer form you have already submitted. Having a copy of your One Legal offer submission will allow us to make sure payment from them is received on your behalf.
